Mix 1 cup of carrot juice with 1 tablespoon of gram flour, one tablespoon of curd and one tablespoon of lime juice and apply this mask on your face for around half an hour and rinse it off with water which is lukewarm.

The skin can be protected against the harmful UV rays due to the presence of carotenoids and beta-carotene in carrots.

Mix rose water and carrot juice in equal proportion in a spray-bottle. You can spray this on your body and face whenever you need to move out in the sun.
