*Adding Magnesium:

Headaches and migraines can also be due to the magnesium deficiency. You can have supplements or add specific foods which contain magnesium in your daily diet. Some of these foods are cashews, peanut butter, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, milk, eggs and oatmeal.
