You need at least 7 to 8 hours of quality sleep sans any distractions and disturbances.

  1. Include Exercise in your Routine:

Exercise is a ‘must’ not only for heart problems but also for the overall immunity of your system. You can start off with moderate – intensity exercise and continue to the more intense one. Make sure you choose an exercise which you enjoy so that continuing this is no big problem. This needs to be done on a routine basis for boosting the immune system and tackling different health problems.

You find that most of us tend to concentrate on vitamins, proteins, minerals and, other nutrients and go lax with the antioxidants. Increase the intake of antioxidants for a boost to your immunity. These antioxidants are molecules like beta carotene, Vitamin C and more. The best sources of antioxidants are whole fruits and vegetables, nuts, legumes and, seeds. You can also add turmeric, green tea, cocoa, and spices like cloves, cinnamon, and oregano for the required antioxidants.
